Participants may be domestic or international students currently enrolled in undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral programs.
Individuals outside of academic institutions may also participate, provided they are affiliated with a training or educational institution/organization.
Participants may register individually or as part of a team (one or more authors are allowed).

Participants may come from various backgrounds, including students, teachers, lecturers, and professionals from the general public.

Participants must join the webinar no later than 15 minutes after it begins.
To receive a certificate, participants must attend the entire webinar session from start to finish.
